7 lessons from closing 8 figures in SaaS sales

Here’s what I learned closing $14.1M in Annual Recurring Revenue in 10 months last year as a strategic SaaS seller.
👉 I perform best when I consistently do 7 things:
- Do my hardest task 90 mins after waking up & before my first meeting
- Focus on responses at a specific time vs staying in my inboxes all day
- Spend 25+ mins taking breaks outside throughout the day
- Participate in no more than 4 hours of meetings in a day
- Complete 6 concentrated blocks of deep work
- I plan out the workday the evening before
- Sleep 7+ hours the night before
The key was aligning to my natural circadian rhythm.
What works for others doesn’t work for me. What works for me doesn’t work for others.
I didn’t figure this all out by myself.
I had a personal operating system that does the work for me.
That’s why I created 7 STEPS TO 7 FIGURES.
To teach others the system I’ve used to go from earning $200K to $1M+ a year in SaaS sales, all without burning out.
I’m now applying this same personal operating system to thrive as a full-time solopreneur.
